Garden Design Questionnaire

I look forward to meeting with you to talk about your garden! When we meet, we will talk in detail about what is and what is not working for you in your garden. Before we meet, however, it is helpful for me to have a general understanding of what you are hoping to achieve with the design process.

I would love to create a design that helps your reach your garden goals within your budget. If you have a budget in mind, please let me know the range or describe your your budget so that I can tailor your design and material suggestions accordingly.

Do you have photos of gardens that are particularly appealing to you? The photos may be of gardens you have visited or walked by or found on the internet. If you have photos, you can attach one photo below. You can also send me multiple photos by email or have them ready to show me during our meeting.

Do you have any survey maps, house plans, or other property maps? If so, please attach here.

Are there any HOA rules, easements, or other restrictions that are important for me to be aware that might impact your design?

Are there areas of your property where there is standing water or other drainage problems?

Do you have any pets or wildlife visitors that may impact the design choices? (Pets ex: dog, chickens; Wildlife ex: rabbits, deer).

Is there anything else that you feel is important for me to know before we meet?
